Job Description
BuildAhome is looking for a detail-oriented Junior QS Engineer to support quantity surveying, cost estimation, and billing activities across residential construction projects.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, and rate analysis.
- Basic understanding of contracts and construction processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education
BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience
2 to 3 years of work experience in QS and Billing
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Assist in vendor billing, client billing, and invoice verification.
- Monitor project costs and track budget vs. actuals.
- Support contract administration and documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers and procurement teams.
- Maintain proper records of measurements and project reports.
