Job Description
buildAhome is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution and timely project completion.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to work on-site.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Walk-in or Scheduled (Timing 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at the construction site.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of civil works.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and company standards.
Eligibility
- BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Strong interest in residential construction and site execution.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
