BuildAhome is hiring an experienced Team Lead – QS (Quantity Surveying) to lead and manage the QS team for residential construction projects.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract management.
- Experience in handling vendor negotiations and billing processes.
- Good coordination and team management skills.
- Knowledge of residential construction standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QS team for residential construction projects.
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
- Manage vendor negotiations, rate analysis, and contract administration.
- Review contractor bills, measurements, and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for cost control and material planning.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards.
