Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Design Leadership
    • Lead architectural design from concept development to final construction documents.
    • Develop creative and functional building designs.
    • Review and approve design drawings, models, and plans.
    • Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
  2. Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Develop project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
    • Monitor project progress and resolve design or construction issues.
  3. Team Leadership
    • Supervise junior architects, designers, and interns.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
    • Review work produced by the team.
  4. Client & Stakeholder Communication
    • Meet with clients to understand project requirements.
    • Present design concepts and proposals.
    • Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project managers.
  5. Technical Oversight
    • Prepare and review:
      • Architectural drawings
      • Construction documentation
      • 3D models and presentations
    • Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and building codes.
  6. Site Coordination
    • Conduct site visits and inspections.
    • Address construction-related issues.
    • Ensure design implementation matches project plans.
