We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer (Interior Design Team Lead) to lead the design process from concept to execution. The role involves developing innovative interior design solutions, managing design teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with high design standards.

Required Skills

  • Excellent space planning skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/ 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Design Development
    • Lead the design process from concept creation to final execution.
    • Prepare space planning, design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
    • Develop detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, and 3D concepts.
    • Ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client requirements.
  2. Client Interaction
    • Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
    • Present design concepts, materials, and mood boards to clients.
    • Address client feedback and implement necessary design changes.
  3. Project Coordination
    • Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, vendors, consultants, and Execution Team.
    • Ensure design intent is maintained during project execution.
    • Monitor site progress and resolve design-related issues.
  4. Team Leadership
    • Guide and mentor junior designers and design team members.
    • Review drawings, presentations, and design deliverables.
    • Maintain design quality and company standards across projects.
  5. Documentation & Technical Drawings
    • Prepare 2D CAD working drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.
    • Ensure drawings are accurate and ready for execution.
  6. Material & Vendor Management
    • Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for samples and specifications.
  7. Project Management
    • Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
