Job Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer (Interior Design Team Lead) to lead the design process from concept to execution. The role involves developing innovative interior design solutions, managing design teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with high design standards.
Required Skills
- Strong design creativity and conceptual thinking with excellent space planning skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/ 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design.
- Strong client handling and presentation skills.
- Good project management and coordination skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept creation to final execution.
- Prepare space planning, design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Develop detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, and 3D concepts.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, vendors, consultants and Execution Team.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and design team members.
- Prepare 2D CAD working drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.
