Job Description

The Senior Presales Executive will be responsible for qualifying, nurturing, and converting inbound leads into scheduled site visits and potential customers. This role requires a consultative approach to understand client requirements and seamless coordination with the Sales and Technical teams to drive conversions.

Potential Skill Assets

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Real Estate, or Construction Sales.
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in handling high-volume inbound leads.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Basic understanding of residential construction processes is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead Management
    • Handle inbound leads generated through calls, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
    • Qualify prospects based on budget, preferred location, land ownership status, and project timeline.
    • Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system.
  2. Client Consultation
    • Understand customer requirements related to residential construction projects.
    • Provide preliminary guidance on project processes, timelines, and pricing structures.
    • Schedule meetings/site visits for the Sales team and ensure proper coordination.
  3. Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective lead handover.
    • Facilitate smooth transition of qualified leads to sales representatives.
    • Conduct timely follow-ups to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement.
  4. Performance & Reporting
    • Achieve monthly lead qualification and conversion targets.
    • Monitor and improve lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-sale conversion ratios.
    • Contribute actively to strengthening the overall sales pipeline.
