Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, WOs/POs, and construction timelines.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, Site Teams, and Vendors to ensure daily task execution.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality control, safety, and manpower productivity.
  • Ensure all site work is carried out as per approved designs, specifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Resolve site issues proactively, escalating to the PE/PM as required.
  • Prepare and verify bar bending schedules, material tracking, and site documentation.
  • Maintain daily progress reports, quality checklists, meeting MOMs, and MIS updates.
  • Ensure sequencing and coordination across civil, MEP, and finishing teams.
  • Work closely with QS, QC, and Procurement for resource planning and execution support.
  • Conduct site audits for safety, quality, and house-keeping standards.
